Typically, our candidates are not actively seeking new positions. The role of the retained search consultant is to identify candidates who may fit the culture and needs of that company, and to then present a slate of candidates to the client.
The retained executive recruiter serves as a management consultant to the client company. We take the time to develop a thorough understanding of the needs and goals of our cleints and our candidates' strengths, character traits, and expectations.
The result is an excellent fit between the needs of the client and the attributes of the candidate. Perhaps the greatest testimony to the exceptional quality of our work is that more than 80 percent of our business is either from repeat clients or from referrals received from clients and candidates.
